Henry Hudson was well represented with over 30 runners at last week’s cross country district meet. The rain held off but despite the grey day we stood out among the 2000 runners from 68 elementary schools thanks to our new red shirts.
And red must be our lucky colour as our hawks ran their hearts out with many placing in the top 25! We’re also very proud of our two third place medal finalists (a new record for Henry Hudson). Hudson Krug, Grade 2, and Cole Pryputsch, Grade 3, both brought home bronze for Hudson!
Thanks to all the teachers and parents who helped make this a fantastic season.
