Open PAC Exec Meeting

All parents are invited to an open PAC Exec meeting. The primary objective is to see who is standing for what positions on the Executive that will be decided at the elections held at the General PAC Meeting on October 18, 2017.
Agenda
- Determine who’s running for what positions on October 18.
- Answer questions about what these positions do.
At this time the current PAC Executive suggests that there be:
- One Chair
- Two Secretaries
- Two Treasurers
- Vice-Chair Internal Relations
- Vice-Chair External Relations
- Member-at-Large Activities
- Member-at-Large Website and Communications
We have people who are willing to stand for most of the roles but we still need a co-Treasurer to do some bean counting and financial reporting and a Vice-Chair External to make sure we’re in the loop with DPAC and other initiatives. I also suggest we roll Seismic Upgrade Advocacy into this.
Here is a PDF with information of what is currently done. However, nota bene! This is what we used to do, not what a new Executive might choose to do.
